MY PC SHUTS DOWN SHORTLY AFTER BOOTING (LAPTOP OR DESKTOP COMPUTER)

It is to be noted that on most recent Laptop and desktop computers the system BIOS will issue a warning at startup with regards to the activity of the fan should it break down, however older laptops or desktop computers will not not issue this warning and will either freeze, hibernate or shout down prematurely.
