HOW TO REMOVE LIMITATIONS FROM PAYPAL INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTS AND PAYPAL BUSINESS ACCOUNTS

Opening a PayPal account in Nigeria has really been a frustrating thing to try to do over the years. However PayPal finally has a Nigeria option and its nice to finally know that you can now open a legal PayPal account from the comfort of your home legally and not have to fake an address or purchase one from someone you don't know which on its own is illegal.

So I'm guessing the rebranding efforts of the government are finally paying off then. Well all the politics aside if you open a PayPal Nigeria account it will have limitations by detail unless you verify the following items.

Credit card Verification

Proof of Address
Once these verification processes are complete your account limitations will be removed and you will be allowed to use you account without any limitions.

 In order to start the verification process click the RESOLUTION CENTER tab on you PayPal menu

 Once this is selected scroll down to the bottom of the page to the limitation review dialog and click resolve beside each item

CREDIT CARD CONFIRMATION
To properly confirm your credit card to enable you make payments for servises on PayPal you will have to enter the complete 16digits of your creditcard and the cvv2 code at the back of the card to enable you card to be verified, once this is done you will receive a n sms from your banker or an email (depending on your bank notifiation settings) indicationg a PayPal transaction of $1.95  to which a four digit code is attached to. This code will be used to verify in the space provided.

PROOF OF ADDRESS
The proof of address can simply be done by sending a scanned copy of a recent Utility Bill and uploading it for verification.
