Select the performance tab, you result should look like this:How to Interpret
The performance tab has current operations of all ongoing processes on your PC and shows in detail, your CPU usage, Memory Usage, Disk Usage and Ethernet. I'll explain how to know if your PC needs the following type of hardware replacement.CPU Replacement
If on the performance graph of your PC, the operations are constantly at a high range i.e. between 90-100% you may need to get your PC checked for viruses if your not running any heavy software.RAM Increment
If your memory usage is also high, there is need for a RAM incrementIt is to be noted however that if RAM usage is high and CPU usage is low then a RAM increment is your best solution for an increase in speed. If however your CPU usage is high and RAM usage is Low then a CPU upgrade is required.
PS: all PC users should always ensure that a PC is virus free before taking this speed test to ensure that no unnecessary work is being done by the PC, a very easy way to find out if your PC has a virus is to check the performance 5-10mins after a clean boot with no running applications, your CPU performance should not exceed 10-15% if it does your PC is probably infected.
